One-to-one sessions are also planned as part of the RECLab. These are short 15-minute meetings with experts who bring the experience of their careers to new projects in different phases of development.

Between 10 and 15 projects are selected in different phases of development (not necessarily in the post-production phase).

One-to-one will take place in Tarragona, coinciding with the REC Festival, which will be held from 3 to 8 December 2026.
